Mullens; his children, Jesse Allen Mullens Jr. (Keshawn) of Martinsburg, WV, Mark Samuel Mullens (Jessica) of Martinsburg, WV and Keith Adam Mullens (Shalon) of New Windsor, MD; his nephew Steven (Karen); his great-nephew Seth of Germantown, MD; his children, Thomas and Dustin; his siblings, Wiley Mullens, Teresa Smith, David Mullens, Donna Robinson and Steven Mullens (Shirley) of Hagerstown; and his grandchildren, Mark, Chloe, Emma, Paige, Aiden, Kimberly and Joseph.
