She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Leonard and Hilda Eckard Devilbiss; her spouse Mac Justice; her siblings, Caroline "Toots" Devilbiss, Robert F. Devilbiss (Elizabeth), Charles T. Devilbiss and Richard S. Devilbiss; and her son-in-law Bruce Hoover.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Hoover, Mark Justice (Laura), Donna Reese (Jack) and Debra Brauning (Dale); her stepdaughters, Sandra Lepley (Dennis) and Linda Justice; and her sister-in-law Kay Devilbiss. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren.
