With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gilman L. Williar of New Windsor, Maryland, who passed away on January 26, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward L. Williar and Irene Bowman Williar; and his sister Judy Stitely. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Abbott Williar; his children, D. Edward Williar (Colleen) of Union Bridge, Teresa Meinecke (Erle) of Westminster and Marc G. Williar (Jeri) of St. Petersburg, FL; and his brother-in-law Roy Stitely of Westminster.
