He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Thomas Taggart and Rachael Gonzales Taggart of New Windsor; and his brother Clark E. Taggart. He is survived by: his wife Joanne E. Taggart; his sons, Hugh Thomas, Paul Donaldson, George Michael (Kari), Steven Andrew and John Paul; and his siblings, Anne Louise Taggart of Annapolis, Richard Patterson Taggart of New Windsor and Hugh Thomas Taggart Jr. (Linda) of Dagsboro, DE. He is also survived by 2 nephews and 3 nieces.
