He was predeceased by: his parents, Frazier Ames Hollenbeck Sr. and Maud Annie Gillings Hollenbeck. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Francis Hollenbeck; his children, Eric Scott Hollenbeck and Janet Lambert; and his grandchildren, Linda Maria Hollenbeck and Matthew Reagan Hollenbeck.
