He was predeceased by: his father James Whittier; his wife Ida Mae Bond; and his brothers, James N. Bond and Charles Whittier Bond. He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Jenkins (Steve) of New Windsor and Lisa Gorsuch of Taneytown; his sister Millicent Brandt of Westminster; and his brother-in-law Lawrence Hinks of Severna Park.
