He is survived by: his father Charles Edward Thomas Jr.; his siblings, Theodore Mark Thomas of Taneytown, MD and Susanne Thomas Trotta of Cumberland, RI; his godson Cole Thomas Trotta; his niece Julia Trotta Jacques; his aunts and uncles, Marilyn Kramer, Joanne Jones, Theodore, Mary Thomas and James Thomas; and also Kathy of Longs, SC.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Luke's Lutheran Church (701 Green Valley Rd, New Windsor, MD 21776). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
