He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley V. Hoffman (Sprague); his parents, Oliver Monroe Hoffman and Anna Dora Hoffman (Leakins); his sisters, Kathleen Rew, Betty Fleming, Ethel Daugherty and Sally Grimes; and his son-in-law Robert Fout.
He is survived by: his children, Gay Fout and Myron Hoffman (Brenda); his grandsons, Eric Fout (Alma), Nicholas Fout (Maggie) and Jonathan Hoffman (Kaitlyn); his great grandchildren, Ava Fout, Calvin Fout, McKinsey Hoffman and Nolan Hoffman; and his friend Catherine Ohler.
