He is survived by: his daughter Joann Diggs Johnson of Temple Hills, MD; his stepchildren, Patricia Vernon, Nancy Onley (John), Cecilia Demar, Shirley Kennard, Dorothy Scott, Gary William Demar (Gail) and Harrison Demar; and his sisters-in-law, Roberta Johnson, Bernice Pryor and Gloria Lyles. He is also survived by four grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; a great great grandson.
