He is survived by: his wife Joan Rhea Raub; his son Steven Russell (Marilyn); his daughter-in-law Cathy Russell Mitchell (Tom); his grandchildren, Holliann Russell Kim (James), Timothy Russell (Zoe), Angela Russell Modi (Veeshal), Rebecca Mitchell and Michael Mitchell (Miranda); and his great grandchildren, Colby, Calla Kim, Milo and Dev Modi.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be given to New Market United Methodist Church, Homewood at Frederick Foundation, or the Frederick Lions Club.
