He was predeceased by: his parents, Fern Smith and Grennie Smith; and his sister Vivian (Kenny). He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his children, Bridget (Scott), Helen and Brendan (Flor); his grandchildren, Sophie, Micah, Nina, Sienna and Jacob; and his sister Susan (Jerry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
