He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lewis and Rose Kavanagh Banfield; his sons, Thomas Jr. and Joseph; and his grandson Wesley Foreman.
He is survived by: his wife Doris; his children, Kathleen Foreman (Daryl), Barbara Burdine and James Banfield (Kelli); his grandchildren, Rose, Alyson (Gamal), Buddy, Kurt (Haley), Chelsea and Bailey; and his great grandchildren, Kendall and Kamryn.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Michael Poplar Springs Catholic Church (1125 St Michaels Rd, Mt Airy, MD 21771). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or LLS-LTN in his memory.
