With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Pickett of New Market, Maryland, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on July 5, 2020 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Pickett to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Alexander Pickett and Ruth "Ginny" Robinson of Virginia; and his sisters, Terry Winn and Barb Ivey. He is survived by: his wife Diana; his children, Mark Pickett of Manassas, VA, Jennifer Pushlar (Kris) of Fort Montgomery, NY and Janette Regnier (Jason) of Fairfax Station, VA; his grandchildren, Luke, Bella (Mark), Natalie, Amelia (Jennifer), Alexa and Spencer; his brother Charles Pickett (Carol); and his brother-in-law Ken Ivey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kline Hospice House in Mt.Airy, MD or Providence United Methodist Church in Kemptown, MD.
