She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Mathias Barton and Belva Isabel Brown Barton; her brothers, Thomas and Kenneth Barton; and her nephew Dwaine Shank.

She is survived by: her husband John H. Fogle; her son Johnny L. Fogle of Columbia; her sister Patsy V. Shank (Wayne) of Damascus; and her nieces, Terry L. Shank and Jenny R. Haugh.
