He was predeceased by: his daughter Karyn Amanda Heslin. He is survived by: his wife Ann Louise Heslin (Lefko); his children, Laura Evans (Seth), Catonsville, MD, John Heslin and Sarah Small (Timothy) of Ellicott City, MD.; his grandchildren, Aidan, Liam, Zoe Evans, Aubrey, Joseph and Maryn Small; and his siblings, Richard Heslin (Kathi), James Heslin (Sue), Kevin Heslin (Joanne), Thomas Heslin (Lori) and Kathleen Heslin (Mark Waddell).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home- P. A. (106 E Church St, Frederick, MD 21701). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
