She was predeceased by: her parents, Sandy Samuel and Virgie Moore; and her husband Carroll. She is survived by: her children, Leroy Runkles (Diane), Darlene Adkins (Terry) of New Market and Michael Runkles (Debbie) of Frederick; and her stepchildren, Terry and Jeff Sparkman. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
