Hughes (Timothy) of Columbia, MD; her grandchildren, Jackson, Summer Hughes of Columbia, MD and Declan Droter of Fairfax, VA.; her sister Paula Jones of King George, VA.; and her parents, William Francis and Kathryn Francis. She was also cherished by her family, friends.
