He is survived by: his close friend Cathy Karl; his children, Joan Frank (John Bartell), Julie Frank (Mick Montague) and Erin Harris (Jamie); his grandchildren, Jaclyn Bartell, Stella Harris, Sage Wolfe and Jude Harris; his sister Ellen Armentrout (Don "Jack"); his nephew Kevin Armentrout; and his nieces, Jan Ellis and Tracey Lambert.
