Potter III of New Market, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on April 19, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Potter II and Dorothy Mayer Potter. He is survived by: his fiancée Kimberly Anselmo; his son John E Potter IV; his daughter-in-law Kristin Potter; his grandchildren, Olivia and Bryce Potter; his siblings, Debbie Potter Green, Cindy Potter Hillis and Michael Potter; and his nephew Matthew Blue.

In lieu of flowers, a gift may be directed, in John's name, to the Frederick Health Development Fund at 400 West Seventh Street, Frederick, Maryland 21701.
