She was predeceased by: her parents, Neiper Simms-Lyles and Grace Simms-Lyles of Damascus, MD.; her husband Charles Pryor, Jr. of New London, MD; her daughters, Joyce Williams and Sandra Etheredge; her siblings, Evelyn Fisher, Mary Ann Miller, Elsie Pryor, Charles Lyles and William "Joe" Lyles; her brother-in-law William Pryor; her grandson Anthony Hall; and her son-in-law Jeffery Williams.

She is survived by: her children, Larry of Laramie, WY, Stevie Pryor (Kathy), Maudelene Brown of New Market, MD and Charlie Pryor Ill of Waynesboro, PA; and her sisters, Roberta Johnson and Gloria Lyles of Silver Springs, MD. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-seven great-great grandchildren; six great-great-great grandchildren.
