She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Leon Lyles, Sr.; her mother Florine E. Cook; and her stepfather Eugene C. Cook. She is survived by: her children, Krista Rena Lyles of Mt. Airy, Tawanda Annette (Andre Bailey) of Frederick, Timothy Lee (Trudy Lyles) of Frederick and Fred Leon (Diane Lyles, Jr.) of Hagerstown; her grandchildren, Marcus, Kayla, Timothy, Jr., Steven, Ashli and Aeisha; her great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Michael and Isaiah; and her brother Melvin "Jeff" Cook.
