It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tracy Lydell Ingram of New Carrollton, Maryland, born in Wilmington, North Carolina, who passed away on December 24, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Ingram and Betty Ingram (Murphy); and his sister Andrea. He is survived by: his daughter Serenity Barnes; his nieces, Alisha and Lauren Ingram; and his godmothers, Sharon Howze (Libby), Sonya Harvey, Tablique Muhammad and Beverlyn Mack. He is also survived by cousins, family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations / financial contributions / memorial contributions to be made in Tracy's memory to The Disabled American Veteran's (DAV) Charitable Service Trust.
