Ruth Elizabeth Karl Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Elizabeth Karl of New Carrollton, Maryland, who passed away on January 13, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William L. Smith and E. Naomi Smith (Ohl); her husband Gerald M. Karl; and her siblings, Frederick, Margaret, Mary, Helen, Thomas, Alfred and Anne.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara, John (Michelle), Richard, Christine Harmon and Nancy Amoss (Lee); and her grandchildren, Emily Knox (Devin), Joshua Karl (Rebecca), Hayley Karl, Bradley Karl, Sean Harmon, Julie Amoss and Zachary Amoss. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
