He is survived by: his wife Nancy Pentrack of Johnstown, PA; his children, Bruce, Pamela, Kevin and Brian; his grandchildren, Lt. Thomas George, S. N. (Caroline), Brad and Amanda; his great grandchild Annabeth; and his brother Commander. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
