He is survived by: his children, Walter Frazier (Shirely), Clinton Frazier (Asuncion), James Frazier, Jackie Frazier, Constantine Holmes, Coolidge Frazier (Sherry), Sondra Jones, Carl Jones, Maurice Jones, Alethea Collins and Darlene Butler; his grandchildren, Shenika Frazier, Allen Davis, Jr., James Frazier, Jr., Dione Jones, Clinton Frazier, Jr. (Kimberly), Anthony Frazier, Ann Frazier, Alina Quailes, Yvette Quailes, Miya Jones, Mouring, Glen West, Gregory West and Rodney West; and his siblings, Mable Collins of Hurlock, MD, Earl Frazier, Jr. and Leon Frazier of Hurlock, MD. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be private. Due to restrictions surrounding COVID-19 we will only be limiting the amount of people to view at a time.
