He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Clifford Insley, Sr. and Hilda Insley (Horseman); and his siblings, Evelyn "Blanch" Baker, Herman Clifford Insley, Jr., Catherine Booker (Jumbo), Helen Darby and Mary Jane Adkins Cockey (Rusty).
He is survived by: his wife Paula Insley (Ruark); his children, T. Insley (Anna), Daniel Insley (Teressa), Lisa Wilkins (Andy) and David Insley (Becky); his grandchildren, Brandon Insley, Nicholas Insley (Amanda), Andrew Insley (Bri), Kyle Insley, Kelsey Flynn, Weston Brown, Jackson Wilkins, Sadie Wilkins, Christian Insley (Trystin), Caitlyn Miller (Lane) and Casey Insley (Caleb); and his siblings, Donald "Doley" Insley, Sr. (Shirley), Peggy Downes (Eddie), Linda Pike (Julian) and Jimmy Insley, Sr. (Linda).
