She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter L. Fooks and Marie E. Wilson Fooks; and her brothers, Ezekiel W. Fooks and Lloyd Fooks, Jr.. She is survived by: her sister Annabelle F. Davis; her nieces and nephews, Edward E. Breeding (Nancy), Jeffrey L. Fooks (Sheila), Sue B. Brunner (Milt) and Amy F. Wright (Mike); her great-nephews, Christopher E. Breeding, Adam P. Caldwell and Hunter R. Fooks; and her great-niece Taylor Fooks Bennett (Dillin).
