He is survived by: his uncles, Johnny, Roger and Charles; his wife Judith Marie Oliver (Herbert); his children, Lewis "Phillip" Oliver, Jr. (Pam), Jeffery Oliver (Ashley) and Judy Oliver; his stepsons, Calvin Campbell (Frannie) and David Campbell (Kimberly); and his siblings, Robert Oliver, Ernie Oliver, Donnie Oliver, Janet Oliver and Celie Oliver. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
