She was predeceased by: her spouse Joseph C. Neel; and her parent Harry Baker. She is survived by: her parent Effie Summers Baker; her children, Harold Neel of Parsons, TN, Fred Neel of Boonsboro, John Neel of Williamsport, Madelyn Bartlett of Myersville, Lavern Neel of Myersville, Sandra Beard of Myersville, Maurice Neel of Myersville and Kevin Neel of Myersville; and her siblings, Charles Baker, Hez Baker, Helen Brandenburg, Beulah Kephart, Melvin Baker and Dorothy Baker. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Harmony Church of the Brethren.
