It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Powell Shapard of Myersville, Maryland, who passed away on January 16, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis B. and Mary H. Shapard; and his wife Ruth Ellen Shapard. He is survived by: his children, Ronald C. Shapard, Julie E. Shapard-Manning and Amy M. Shapard; his grandchildren, Christopher W. Shapard, Kathryn D. Shapard, Izabella J. Manning and Xavier G. Manning; and his daughter-in-law Stephanie D. Shapard.
