He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Henry and J. Onita Simmons (Youngren); and his sister Sandra Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Deborah K. Wise; his children, Melanie Bellflower (Adam), Roger A. Simmons (Melissa), Matthew Simmons (Sarina), Christopher Wise and Nathan Wise (Jessica); his grandchildren, Madison, Riley, Cecelia, Hayden Wise, Conner Simmons (Brooke), Austin Simmons (Jennifer), Logan Simmons and Liam Bellflower; and his siblings, Ann Brown and Craig Simmons. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thompson - Harman Funeral Home (31 E Main St, Middletown, MD 21769).
