He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Edward Treadwell and Natalie Margaret Treadwell (Waltman); and his brothers, Steve, Tim, Pat and Michael Treadwell.

He is survived by: his wife Linda A. Treadwell (Sauerhammer); his children, Jeanne, Edward and Kim; his brother Mark Treadwell (Patricia); and his sisters-in-law, Jeanne Crandell (Tom), Mary Treadwell and Toby Treadwell.

Memorial contributions may be made to Salvation Army, or Audubon Society.
