She was predeceased by: her parents, Equilla Kline and Edna Ruth Kline (Wolfe); her son-in-law Wayne C. Lewis; her siblings, Ray, Merhl, Paul, Gerald, Ralph, Herald, Evelyn Hatfield, Darleane Moser and Pauline Kline; and her granddaughter Infant Lewis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen F. Lewis of Myersville and Darla R. Benedum of Waynesboro, PA.; her grandchildren, Diana L. Lewis, Michael W. Lewis (Brandy) of Myersville and C. Bradley Benedum of Waynesboro; and her great grandchildren, Matthew and Luke Lewis.
