He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence W. Lewis and Irene A. Smith Lewis; and his brother Wayne C. Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Gary Gene Lewis (Sharon Gibbs Lewis) and Shari Jean Lewis Kinna; his grandchildren, Brian Lewis, Ashleigh Kinna, Derek Rosensteel (Jillian) and Michael Lewis; his brothers, Paul W. Lewis (Sharon) and Gerald L. Lewis (Kathy); and his siblings-in-law, Karen Lewis, Patsy Wolfe (Sandy) and Dick Wolfe (Martha). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
