He is survived by: his wives, Patty and Patricia; his son Terry (Kelly); his grandchildren, Jayme Adams, Justin Clipp and Hunter Frushour; his siblings, Irene Smith and Richard Frushour; and his sister-in-law Mary Toms (Jim).
