He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Chambers and Georgia Chambers (Kellar); his siblings, Thomas, Jerry, John, Joseph and Kathleen Sines; and his son James (Jimbo).
He is survived by: his wife Melody Chambers; his children, Carolyn Reed (Ken), Anthony Chambers (Tiffany), Nathan Chambers, Shane Chambers (Megan Smartnick) and Clair Ricker (Seth); his daughter-in-law Lori Chambers; his grandchildren, Jeff Jr., Zechariah, Jenna, Jill, Ethan, Kaylee, Carson, Narissa, Isabella, Nathan (Jackie), Alivia, Samuel and Ellie; and his great grandchildren, Jeffrey, Carolina, Jacob, Aiden, Parker, Dean and Brooke.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Adams Family Funeral Home (404 Decatur St, Cumberland, MD 21502). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (15706 St Patricks Church Rd, Mt Savage, MD 21545).
