He is survived by: his children, Tamela A. Cadwell (Mark), Cheryl L. Walters (Richard "Jay), Cynthia M. Bridges (Ronald, Jr.), Gary A. Hite, Jr. and Christa S. Cutter (Roger "Lee); his grandchildren, Carrie M. Ward, Michael E. Brailer, Jr., Travis S. Walters, Jenna L. Burkett, Jared A Bridges, Joshua G. Bridges, Shawn D. Cutter, Brandon L. Cutter, Bryan T. Hite and Matthew L. Hite; his great grandchildren, Harper, Oliver Ward, Paisley, Everly Brailer, Eliana, Hunter Burkett, Carsyn, Blake Bridges, Zander, Elodie Cutter and Mya Brailer; his sister Donna Blank (Dennis); and his close friends, Carol Imler and Colton Sites.
