He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Holt and Grace Holt (Lowry); his wife Jeannie Holt; and his grandson Joshua Truxillo. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Burley (Charles), Tina Truxillo (David), Tony Holt of Christiansburg, VA and Troy Holt; his sisters, Wilma Wagner and Doris Smith; and his pet Chloe. He is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
