She was predeceased by: her spouse Richard "Dick" Walters; her parents, Patsy Jay Spataro and Edith Louise Spataro (Swauger); her siblings, Virginia Lee Williams (Spataro), Norma Romaine Riley (Spataro) and Patrick "Sonny" Spataro; and her brothers-in-law, Ronald Riley, Robert Burkett and Jim Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Jay Walters (Cherie) of Mount Savage, MD, Joy Diane Walters of Mount Savage, MD, Charles David Walters (Debbie, Zihlman, MD) and Donald Dale Walters (Melisa); her grandchildren, Travis Walters (Jessica), Jenna Burkett (Tim), Calvin Walters, Cori Walters, Reina Mary Walters, Kellie Meade (Orlando) and Nicky Miller (Jon); her great grandchildren, Shon Spencer, Wesley Miller, Allysen Miller, Hunter Burkett and Eliana Burkett; her siblings, Albert "Buddy" Spataro (Rose) and Mary Louise Burkett; her sister-in-law Dorothy Spataro; her friend Cora Carter; and her pets, Wyatt and Tally Ho. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces.
