He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John William Dodson and Elsie Brown Dodson; his wife Bonnie Dodson; and his children, Roberta Bordlamay (Adrian), Eileen Dodson, Patricia Spates, Lillie Marshall (Edward), Donna Snyder (Steven), Robert Dodson Jr. (Melinda), John Dodson (Melanie) and James Dodson (Kathleen). He was also cherished by 22 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
