He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Herman and Ruth Ester Raine (Bounds); his in-laws, Helen (Ferrell) and Charles O'Leary Jr.; and his sister-in-law Patricia Ann Crabill (Glenn B. Crabill Jr.).
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Ruth Raine (O'Leary); his daughter Kristine Lynn Raine; his brother Douglas Rutherford Raine (LaVerne); and his brother-in-law Dennis Michael O'Leary (Nancy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Stauffer Funeral Home-Mt. Airy (8 E Ridgeville Blvd, Mt Airy, MD 21771). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
