She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mandrie and Alice Mandrie; and her son Ian Onfroy (Hermal Taylor). She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Andrews of Mt. Airy, MD, Courtney Fennell (Marlene), Kevin Howell (Shannon) of Biglerville, PA and Oniel Howell (Cheryl) of Urbana, MD. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, three sisters and two brothers.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (7255 Ridge Rd, Mt Airy, MD 21771).
