She was predeceased by: her husband Fred H. Phagan (Monrovia, MD); her parents, Edward A. Poling and Odessa M. Poling (Compton); and her brother James E. Poling. She is survived by: her children, Roland D. Kerns (Ron), Kimberly Kerns Alu, Kelley Phagan Welty and Laura L. Phagan (Kelley); her grandchildren, Reilly A. Altman, Thatcher L. Alu, Ethan P. Welty and Owen H. Welty; her great grandchild Brooks S. Altman; and her brother William Compton Poling, Sr..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Stauffer Funeral Homes (1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702).
