It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph J. Wirfs of Mount Airy, Maryland, born in Richland, Washington, who passed away on September 25, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence F. Wirfs and Mary Rossetti Wirfs; his former wife Mi Cha Kim; and his grandson Adam. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Ann Wirfs; his children, Dawn Nordstrom, Charles Graffam, James Graffam, Kimberly McClung, Robert Graffam, Donald Wirfs, Daniel Wirfs, Joshua Wirfs and Brianna Wirfs; and his siblings, Mary Eustice, William Wirfs, Cathy Lowery, Thomas Wirfs, Judy Roche and David Wirfs. He is also survived by spouses; 22 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
