She was predeceased by: her spouse Valentine "Bill" Kulczak; her parents, John Hartman and Marjorie Longanecker Mullinix; and her siblings, Laverne, Faye, Betty, Bill, Bud, Earl and Dean.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Guernieri (Chuck), Becky Lima, Christine Kruhm (Kenny) and Dan Kulczak (Sheree); her grandchildren, Michael, Rheanne, Daniel, Felicia, Natalie, Jim and Jessica; and her great grandchildren, Spencer, Rosie and Marcel.
