He is survived by: his children, Cheri Surland of Mt Airy, MD, Joel Washburn and Jon Washburn; his brother Perry Washburn; and his grandchildren, Nathan Washburn, Megan Washburn, Shannon Washburn, Levi Washburn, Ethan Surland, Alethea Surland, Brianna Washburn and Brody Washburn.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church (407 Marley Station Rd, Glen Burnie, MD 21060). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Baptist Church.
