He is survived by: his mother Darlene Slaybaugh; his wife Cathy; his children, Jessica Daves (Stephen Ellis) and Jason Slaybaugh (Sofie); his siblings, Dereck Slaybaugh (Julie) and Lindsey Lovedahl (Odell); his granddaughter Avery Daves; his nieces, Kara Slaybaugh and Paisley Lovedahl; and his nephew Maverick Lovedahl.
