Kelsey of Mount Airy, Maryland, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 10, 2024 at the age of 71. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Rizzo and Maxine Rizzo; and her sisters, Maxine Tribby and Darlene Lawson. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Kelsey; her children, Carl Kelsey (Tina) and Michelle Mallick (Kenny); her grandchildren, Christina Kelsey, Kerrin Kelsey, Ethan Kelsey, Timmy Mallick, Melanie Mallick, Tony Mallick and Kelsey Mallick; her nephew Sal Costantino (Cristina); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Trevor Grimes, Carter Costantino and Ryder Costantino; and her close friend Lisa Goddard.
