It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bonnie L. Winkler of Mount Airy, Maryland, who passed away on October 3, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Riggs T. Webb Sr. and Ruth S. Webb; and her daughter-in-law Sharon. She is survived by: her husband Winford; her children, Robin, Dee (Buddy), Brad and Lanny (Aimee); her grandchildren, Eric (Val), Adam, Kyle, Lexi and Whitney of Luke, JB; her great grandchild Chloe; and her brother Riggs T. Webb Jr..
