She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph N. III and Sarah Rebecca Starkey (Price); her siblings, Jane Merie Day, Joseph N. Starkey IV and George L. Starkey; and her pet Lassie.
She is survived by: her husband David E. Williams; and her siblings, Ellen Poteat (Douglas) of Mt. Airy, MD, Linda Frazier of Cocoa and David P. Starkey (Wendy) of Severna, MD..
